WIND TURBINE TECHNICIAN
Place Québec / SayabecURGENT NEED – FOR UPCOMING SEASON – Perform all mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical component maintenance, repair or replacement of parts to correct malfunctions, perform some diagnostic, electrical analysis, document all work performed using a computer, maintain hand tools in good working condition and well organized and follow safety procedures, observe safe working practices and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
Wind Turbine Maintenance AEC Diploma
DEP Diploma in electromechanical, industrial mechanic or related training
Any O&M Wind Energy experience will be considered
Able to climb in a vertical ladder up to 175 feet without any assistance and working at height
Basic knowledge of both English and French language
Able to do manual works in all types of weather including extreme cold and heat for extended periods of time
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Up to travel
Available to do over-time work when required
Valid passeport and authorized to travel in the USA
